Service
HVAC Services & Project Coordination in DFW
In North Texas, comfort systems are not optional infrastructure. Mesas Build Co. handles HVAC service and repair, new-construction rough-in and installation, system replacement, and insulation — and coordinates all of it with the larger project, so ductwork, equipment, electrical and finishes are planned together instead of colliding on site.
Problems this service solves
- Rooms that never cool evenly, especially in Texas summers
- Aging equipment limping through one more season
- Remodels that change the load on a system no one re-evaluated
- Ductwork routed as an afterthought, fighting the framing and finishes
- HVAC, electrical and framing trades pointing at each other instead of coordinating
Projects we take on
- Service and repair on existing systems
- New-construction rough-in and equipment installation
- System replacement and upgrades
- Insulation — attics, walls and duct insulation
- HVAC for additions and reconfigured floor plans
- Ductwork modifications during remodeling
- Equipment relocation to free usable space
- Commercial tenant-improvement HVAC coordination

- 07Startup, verification and closeout
Planning
Worth deciding early
- Additions and open-plan remodels change heating and cooling loads; evaluate before equipment is chosen.
- Duct routing is a framing decision as much as a mechanical one — plan them together.
- Equipment lead times should be confirmed before demolition creates a deadline.
- Replacement projects are the right moment to correct duct, return-air and zoning problems.
- Permit requirements for mechanical work vary by DFW jurisdiction.
Our process on this work
HVAC work runs through the same process as every Mesas Build Co. project: we review the existing system and the planned construction together, define the mechanical scope in writing, and sequence it with framing, electrical and finish work so the system goes in right the first time.

Questions
HVAC Services FAQs
HVAC coordination is available throughout our Dallas–Fort Worth service area, for both residential projects and commercial improvements.
Do you replace HVAC systems outside of remodels?
Yes — replacements and upgrades are part of our HVAC scope. Where a project requires licensed mechanical work, it is performed under the appropriately licensed party. Ask us about the specifics for your project.
Why involve a contractor in HVAC instead of calling an HVAC company directly?
When HVAC is part of a bigger project, the mechanical decisions interact with framing, electrical and finishes. Coordinating them under one scope prevents the classic collisions — ducts that don't fit, returns in the wrong place, equipment without power.
My remodel adds square footage. Does my system need to change?
Sometimes. Added or reconfigured space changes the load the system carries. We flag when an evaluation is warranted so the decision is made before finishes go in, not after the first summer.
