Residential & Commercial Remodeling in Dallas–Fort Worth

Remodeling asks a lot of the people who have to keep living or working in the space. Mesas Build Co. remodels homes and commercial interiors alike — kitchens, bathrooms, additions and whole-home renovations, plus offices, retail and tenant spaces — sequencing trades, protecting finished areas and keeping decisions ahead of the work so the project moves without surprises.

Planning

Worth deciding early

  • Decide early whether the space stays occupied during construction — for a home or a business, it changes phasing and protection more than any other single choice.
  • Selections drive schedule — cabinets, tile and countertops should be chosen before demolition.
  • Older DFW building stock, residential or commercial, often reveals framing, plumbing or electrical conditions once opened up; a contingency is realistic planning, not pessimism.
  • Kitchens and bathrooms benefit from a temporary-use plan while they are offline.
  • Additions involve foundation, roofline and HVAC decisions that should be resolved on paper first.

Our process on this work

Remodels begin with a walkthrough of your home and your goals. We develop a written scope with allowances you can react to, sequence the selections that drive lead times, and build a room-by-room phasing plan before demolition starts — especially when the home stays occupied.

Questions

Remodeling FAQs

We remodel homes across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, from mid-century houses inside the loop to newer construction in the suburbs. See our service-area page for coverage details.

Our DFW coverage →

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Often, yes. We plan containment, work hours and utility shutdowns around your household, and we tell you honestly when a phase would be easier to live away from.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

It depends on scope and material lead times, which is why our proposals include a schedule tied to your specific selections rather than a generic estimate. Ordering finishes before demolition is the single biggest protection against a stalled project.

Do you help with material and finish selections?

We coordinate the selection schedule — what must be chosen and by when — and work with your designer if you have one. You keep control of the design decisions; we keep them from blocking the schedule.

What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?

We document the condition, explain the options and price the change before proceeding. No silent scope growth.
